After seeing NVS perform at both the Urban Music Awards and also Invincible Live and Unplugged. We were unable to catch an interview with the talented new act. It was third time lucky as we received an invitation to the NVS showcase held in Shepherd’s Bush at the Walkabout venue where after wards we were able to sit down with them for a few words..
NVS performed about four tracks to a pretty packed house. With NVS being a new act and unfortunately performing on a day that the London Underground decided to strike I expected the attendance may be pretty low.
To my surprise the Walkabout in Shepherd’s Bush was packed, lively and buzzing. It was testament to the hard work NVS have put in over the last few months gathering a loyal fan base and following, that even a London Underground strike couldn’t hold back.
The all singing, all dancing act performed to loud applause and every time a member of NVS stepped forward to sing a part by themselves the crowd gave full support and made noise.
All in all a very successful night for NVS and there definitely one to watch.
We caught up with NVS just after their performance the near by Key West hotel. Check out the interview below.
