Update from Rock Oyster 2023

Only two weeks to go

Huge celebrations at Rock Oyster HQ as it’s only TWO WEEKS until we fling open the gates and welcome you to the biggest and best Rock Oyster yet! In celebration, we’re beamin’ from ear to ear to present to you lovely lot this year’s FULL PROGRAMME.

We’re also super excited to finally unveil this year’s site map. We’ve listened carefully to all your feedback over the past few years and have made some changes to the site that will improve everyone’s experience. With the addition of our new arena West Meadows, all camping is now located a short walk away across the Old Sea Wall. Wake up every morning to the most incredible view across the estuary before walking 200m onto the Festival site across the new path (or a gentler amble around Piskie Creek). We have a bigger General Camping site as well as a dedicated spot for quieter Family Camping. We honestly think you’ll love it…

So, pull up a chair, stick some tunes on, and start planning the best weekend of the year. There’s so much more to do on-site this year, we don’t know how you’re going to fit it all in. We’ve got a brand new second stage (The Howl) full of all the best new bands, talks, and comedy in the Deep Dive, a hugely expanded Little Fish area (full of skate ramps, mysterious adventures, bushcraft survival, circus workshops and loads more), a treasure trove of lip-smackin’ beers and ciders in our new Craft Bar and crafty goodness and artsy workshops in the Basar Bazaar. That’s before you work out what bands you want to see!

Jago

grew up in Camden, so it’s safe to say that there is not much this boy has not seen. He is hard to shock yet easy to please, armed with an eclectic taste in music and film. Jago is always ready to tackle anything from Punk Rock, D & B, House to Opera. This makes him a great person to send out into the thick of things. He has a passion for cinematography and fine dining and constantly tries to mix the two. If he is not dancing, eating or watching a movie then he is probably working his way through a bottle of champagne with the local talent. HE NEVER SLEEPS!
